Support topics
Answers for the moments that usually need them.
How do I get started?
Download Claryvia for the platform you use, then connect the app with the email address on your Claryvia account. If you do not yet have an account, choose Create an account before requesting a verification code.
Why am I being asked for an email verification code?
The code connects this device to an existing Claryvia account. Enter the email address you used to create the account, request the code, and check the inbox and spam folder. If you have not registered yet, create the account first.
How do connected devices work?
Your plan sets the number of devices that can be connected. You can review and disconnect listed devices from the account area. Anyone with access to a connected account may be able to see its saved learning activity, so keep your account credentials private.
What material can Claryvia use?
On Windows, Claryvia can start from a screen you choose to capture and from supported material you attach. On Android, choose a document or public learning URL. The app should say when a specific part of a source was not available rather than guessing.
Why does Claryvia say it cannot find a section?
It may not have extracted that specific heading, page, output, or visual. Try the exact heading, attach the relevant pages or source file, or ask about a smaller, clearly identifiable section. If a source is not readable, Claryvia should not invent an answer.
How do Voice Classroom lessons and flashcards work?
Use Voice Classroom when you want a guided spoken lesson and the board. Use flashcards after you have an explanation you want to retain. The allowance available to you is shown in your account and depends on your plan.
Why does the Visual Pack take time to prepare?
The optional Windows Visual Pack is a local model for selected charts, diagrams, screenshots, notebook outputs, and formulae. Its download is larger than the main app because it runs on your computer. It is installed only when you choose it.
Where can I manage my plan or credits?
Sign in to your Claryvia account to review your active plan, allowances, connected devices, invoices, upgrades, and available billing actions. Payment is handled through the Claryvia billing flow.
Does Claryvia monitor my screen or sell learning data?
No. Screen capture on Windows begins only when you choose an action. Claryvia does not sell your personal information or learning content. Read the privacy page for the current detail on local files, processing, security, and your account data.
