Capture begins only when you act.
On Windows, screen capture begins when you choose an action or use the shortcut. On Android, you choose the document or public URL used for a request.
Privacy and data handling
Claryvia is designed around deliberate actions. It does not continuously watch your screen, listen in the background, or sell your learning content or personal information.
On Windows, screen capture begins when you choose an action or use the shortcut. On Android, you choose the document or public URL used for a request.
Attached files, saved lessons, voice recordings, and the optional Local Visual Pack are stored and managed on the device that created them.
Claryvia does not sell your personal information or learning content, and it does not use your material to train its own public model.
The detail
Claryvia operates only after a learner-initiated action. The app prepares the relevant request context, sends it to the configured service only where a cloud capability is needed, and returns the result to your device.
Keep sensitive information out of requests. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private keys, confidential credentials, or material you do not have permission to share.
We may collect limited service information such as error status, latency, failure rates, and diagnostic identifiers. This helps us identify crashes, investigate problems, and maintain a reliable service without reconstructing a learner's original content.
Claryvia relies on selected third parties to operate the service: hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email, payment processing, and configured AI inference providers. They process only the information required to provide their part of the service, subject to the applicable terms and safeguards.
If you choose Report an issue with this answer or Report an issue with this lesson, Claryvia sends the question and the AI-generated answer or lesson transcript you choose to report so our team can review it. The report does not include your original attachment, screen capture, local library, or recording unless that content was already part of the generated answer or transcript.
You can manage connected devices from your account, disconnect a device you no longer use, and contact us to request account deletion or an export of account metadata. Removing the app from a device may remove local material and saved work according to the uninstall choices and operating-system behaviour on that device.
